Frozen ready meal brand Cook has appointed Leon restaurants and grocery managing director Ashley Davis as its new chief commercial officer.
Davis said on LinkedIn: “I am excited to bring my experience and knowledge to the newly created chief commercial officer role, to both learn from the team that have created such an inspiring business, and be part of the team scaling the Cook of the future.”
She brings a wealth of experience in the food and grocery sector to the new role, having held a number of senior roles at fast food chain Leon over the past five years.

During this time, Davis launched the grocery range and most recently led the restaurant business.
She also previously worked at supermarket giants Ocado and Sainsbury’s, before joining Mimosa Deli & Caterers as commercial director in 2015.
Speaking of her new position at Cook, Davis added: “Delighted to share I have joined Cook today. A unique company focused on creating delicious homemade food whilst doing business in a better way for people and the planet, backed up with B Corp status.”
